Online Advanced+ Pole with Bendy

Learn a variety of Bendy’s latest tricks and transitions 

Wednesdays 4:30pm (UK/GMT+1)

1 hour class starting with functional conditioning for pole, low flow, pole handstands, pole tricks and transitions then a cool down at the end.

You must have a zoom account and good Internet connection to take this class, recordings will be available if you can’t take the class live. 

You must be able to competently invert, shoulder mount, leg hang and handspring to take this class.

Please note that you will probably not have a spotter with you at home so only do the moves that you feel fully comfortable trying alone.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise

These classes are designed to help maximise your stability, birth and recovery. Focusing on 360 breathing, pelvic floor activation and relaxation, increasing hip stability, increasing and maintaining abdominal strength & exercises to feel better and improve posture.
