Meet Spin Lizzy: “What started as a fun way to build strength and confidence quickly turned into a passion for movement, expression and teetering around in heels. I’ll be slipping into some platforms and on to the stage for my first ever pole performance!”
Meet Blane: “Blane after years of pole has finally decided she wants to look like a leaf wisping around in the wind and occasionally on a stormy day smacking people in the face when they least expect it…”
Meet Shell & Bry: “As true yin and yang, their partnership is built on contrast, connection, and the magic that happens when two forces meet in perfect balance. Acro has been a huge part of their lives for over a decade and they are key players in the community of Bristol’s buzzing acro scene. After teaming up in 2023 they have trained hard and pushed limits, finding their unique rhythm as a duo. Since the beginning Shell and Bry have been involved with Bendy Studio and are excited to bring that energy to the stage for the very first time.”
Meet Polly: “This will be my first ever performance – I thought it would be a great challenge for myself but I’m feeling very nervous! I do classes with both Alexa and Suzy so will be combining moves I’ve learned with both brilliant teachers to create my own choreography.”
