Acro
Acro, also know as acrobatics, sports acro, acro yoga, hand to hand and adagio is also a big part of our studio in Bristol, it’s also how Bendy spent her childhood (competitive Sports Acrobatics).
What is acro?
Acro or acrobatics is the skill of balancing and moving in partnerships, usually involving a base and a flyer. It’s a great team building exercise, helps immensely with strength and communication…..and it’s SO FUN! It will immediately take you back to your childhood and make you feel very young and free!
We run Acro Yoga Workshops and weekend classes with our wonderful Acro Instructors: Shell, Rose & Shelly
And weekly acro jams here in South Bristol Fridays 2-4pm
Acro people are also welcome to join open practice when we move to the new studio
