At our Wellness Day, Bendy Kate introduced many of us to the beauty of Aerial Yoga. The perfect way to relax while still feeding your passion for getting off the ground! Aerial Yoga combines circus, yoga and flexibility and is a great addition to your practice.
Bendy has been qualified in aerial Yoga since 2016, and will often focus on stretching with gravity on your side, and improving strength and proprioception whilst relaxing deeper into stretches. Classes will end with a relaxation section in theĀ aerial hammocks, breathing deeply and releasing the tension in this weightless position.
