It’s hard to find the right fitness studio for you in your local area whether that’s pole fitness, circus, cross fit, yoga or gymnastics. But the post important factor is your safety! Make sure to find a studio that always puts your safety first. Circus and pole can be dangerous disciplines. Here are some of the steps we take to ensure your safety at all times during pole & aerial classes here in Bristol.

What we do to ensure your safety at the studio

I’ve recently just finished taking all our x-poles and equipment apart, to inspect, then putting them all back together again. This is just a normal protocol at Bendy Studio but here are some other things we do to ensure you are safe whenever you come to our studio…

  • Inspect equipment before EVERY class
  • Full rigging inspection every 6 months
  • Load test the rigging every year
  • Offer a variety of the best quality crash mats
  • 2 instructors for every kids class
  • Regular instructor meetings
  • Regular instructor CPD talks 
  • Demonstrate and teach spotting in class
  • Include move specific conditioning in warm ups
  • Make sure to have enough time for warm ups and cool downs
  • High quality instructors
  • Sports therapist on site to help with any injuries
  • 2 of our instructors have pre/post natal training
  • Use the best equipment and regularly update it
