Our Ethos
The main aim when creating Bendy Studio was to create a holistic facility which would help your fitness & mentality whilst educating you about your body, how to make it run effectively for many years to come with many therapists on hand and a built in treatment room in the studio. Our Ethos is to provide the best…..not only the best teaching and training facilities. But most importantly to help students become the best version of themselves. Pole, Aerial, Dance & Gymnastics have changed so many of our lives and we believe it might be able to change yours too.
The studio will help you celebrate your body no matter the shape or size, we encourage you to appreciate it for what it can do (not what it looks like!). We can guarantee you will begin to look in the mirror and fall in love with what you see. The studio will help your mentality, pole & aerial are not only fun and take you back to your childhood, but they are cathartic. Acting as a major stress buster when needed adding a little more balance to your busy lives! We want to encourage you to be creative! Not all bodies are the same or move the same, so we celebrate each time a student adds their own twist to a move or combination taught in class. Having a creative outlet like this again helps contribute to your mental health. One day we would love to encourage students (that want to) to perform at our annual, informal, friendly studio birthday party and showcase. Sometimes you first performance is what you need to take your skill to the next level, but we also understand that performing is not for everyone too!
We have built up a beautiful community of supportive individuals from all backgrounds. You can guaranteed to have the whole class on your side supporting you when learning a new move, or nailing it for the first time ever. We have lots of social events including cabaret, ice skating, meals and more when you can get to know us on more of a personal level. I personally find that my best friends are the people I have the most common ground with, so you never know you might join the studio and end up with some more close friends than you realised!
