Pre & Postnatal Exercise Classes
Pregnancy & Postnatal exercise classes in South Bristol brought to you by Kate Czepulkowski (BSc Hons Sports Therapy & Rehab, Pregnancy and Postnatal exercise specialist) & Kelly Courtney (Pregnancy and Postnatal exercise specialist) Thursdays at 12pm (1 hour).
Online option available too if you are not local.
Come at any stage of your pregnancy or postpartum journey (with your doctor’s permission), babies and children welcome of course.
These classes are designed to help maximise your stability, birth and recovery. Focusing on 360 breathing, pelvic floor activation and relaxation, increasing hip stability, increasing and maintaining abdominal strength & exercises to feel better and improve posture. We have all the equipment here, no need to bring anything but yourself and perhaps snacks and a toy for little ones.
