Sports Therapy Treatments

We have 3 dedicated therapists Kate, Kassia & Ursula who each specialise in different forms of rehab and therapy treatments. Find out more about each of them to decide who would be the best fit for your needs.

Kate

Kate is an ex acrobat and offers a unique holistic treatment approach. She graduated in 2011 from the University of the West of England with a First Class degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. She was a competitive gymnast as a child and has been performing pole and teaching workshops worldwide for the past 10 years.

Due to Kate’s extensive backgrounding performing arts, she primarily specialises in treating other ‘upside down athletes’ like gymnasts, aerialists, and pole dancers. But don’t worry if you don’t fit into one of these categories as everyone is welcome!

Kate is also a pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist and offers pre and postnatal assessments.

Kassia

Kassia (aka The Pole Dancing Therapist) specialises in working with pole dancers to help them rehabilitate and reduce risk of injuries. With a degree in Sports Rehabilitation, a Level 4 Remedial Massage Diploma, and a certificate in Medical Acupuncture, Kassia has a wide range of ways that she can help you.

Kassia prides herself on her in-depth assessments and ability to empower her clients with self management tools. She has a ‘no rubbish’ approach, offering science backed explanations for injuries and their management. Kassia has been pole dancing since 2010 so has years of experience practicing, competing, and coaching pole dancers.
